Here at 101beefandbison we like to make it as easy as possible to get your order to your doorstep. All beef orders will include the following from our standard cutsheet unless custom cuts are requested:

Chuck roast, carne asada, short ribs, flat iron steak, top sirloins, new york strips, ribeye, tenderloin filet, ground beef, tri tip and/or brisket.

Sirloins, new yorks and ribeyes are cut at 1 inch thick and filets are cut at 1.25” thick.
